Keystone Promotes Pundt to VP of Northeast Division

Pomona, CA – June 19, 2007 – Keystone Automotive Industries (NasdaqNM: KEYS) is pleased to announce that Jim Pundt has been promoted to Vice President of the Northeast Division.

Pundt has been with Keystone for nearly 20 years and most recently served as director of the Northeast Division. Pundt has also been active on numerous Keystone Automotive committees including IT, Marketing, Remanufacturing and Paint, Body and Equipment.

Pundt is a graduate of Niagara Orleans Technical Institute for Collision Repair. He is a forty-year resident in a suburb outside of Buffalo, New York and is married with two children.
